About

i think, i care, i do!

Have you seen a waste problem in your school or community? Do you have an idea that you would like to try out? Have you seen an opportunity for change? Then the Doing More With Less Project is for you and your team.

The Millennium Kids Crew of trained facilitators and sustainability educators will be coming to your area in 2012 to help you design and implement a waste project in your school or community. Millennium Kids Inc will use the youth voice and engagement process, designed by young people for young people, to have a say about an issue in your local school or community and develop a project to address this issue or challenge using the Millennium Kids Ten Step Inquiry Methodology.

Work with waste experts, hear from other young people who have designed and implemented their own project, learn about sustainability and leadership and have an opportunity to put your ideas into practice.

Millennium Kids Inc is a registered not for profit, environmental youth organisation that has been working with children and young people in Australia, South Africa, Java and Canada since 1996. Millennium Kids Inc works with Australian Sustainable Schools Initiative WA to support schools and community groups develop their own projects in partnership with local stakeholders.
